This is easy and healthy pudding…………..there are fruits and nuts too in this. This can be steamed also but I baked this because I like baked items more than steamed.
Now we shall go to the recipe…………
Method:
1.Cut the bread into small squares.
2.Grease a bake tin.
3.Spread the pieces of bread in the tin evenly.
4.In a bowl mix milk, egg and condensed milk and beat well with a spoon.
5.Now add the chopped plaitains, chopped apples and chopped nuts in this milk mixture and mix well.
6.Now pour this milk mixture evenly all over the bread.
7.Put the desiccated coconut over this mixture.
8.Preheat the oven at 200 degree C for 10 mins.
9.Bake this at 180 degree C for 30 to 35 mins or it is done.
10.This can be steamed in a steamer also for 40 mins.
11.Allow it to cool and cut into pieces and serve.
