Congrats on your One year aniversary. I have not finished even one week of blogging. I have a question. I am also living in UAE, what kind of oven do you have? I bought Ikon Brand from Lulu and I am not sure it is operating properly. I am thinking of disposing it and buying any other name brand or is gas oven better?
