Ramadan Kareem To All!!!
My blog turned 5 yrs on this June 7th...Actually I had some issues with my blog so I couldn't post my recipe..I'm so happy to say that this won't be possible without the support of my family ,relatives and u friends.
Today I'm posting strawberry and almond blondies...
Ingredients:
100g Unsalted Butter
150g White chocolate
110g Sugar
2 Eggs
130g All purpose flour
100g Fresh Strawberries (u can use any berries like raspberry ,blueberry etc)
100g Almonds chopped
Method:
1.Grease a brownie tin and keep aside.
2.Preheat the oven at 200 degree C for 10 mins.
3.In a bowl double boil and melt the butter and half of the white chocolate.
4.In another bowl whisk eggs and sugar till thick.
5.Now add the flour and butter and chocolate mixture to this and mix well with a spatula until smooth.
6.Now add the chopped strawberries and remaining white chocolate.
7.Pour this to the prepared tin.
8.Now bake this at 180 degree C for 30 to 35 mins till a light brown crust has appeared on top.
9.They will be slightly squidgy inside.
10.Cool it completely before slicing.
11.Slice into pieces and enjoy!!!
