This cups are easy to prepare and this will be a real hit when u prepare for guest.This looks very good and tastes so yummmyyy!!
We will get around 10 cups from this measurement.
Now to the recipe..
Ingredients:
For Cups:
2c All purpose flour
1tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2tsp Dry instant yeast
1tsp Sugar
1c Warm water
Olive oil
Salt
For Filling:
1/2kg Chicken breast
2tbsp Chicken tikka masala
1tsp Soya sauce
Olive oil
1 Onion chopped
1 Capsicum Chopped
1c Sweet corn
1 Carrot grated
Mozzarella cheese
For Sauce:
3tbsp Yoghurt
1tbsp Mayyonaise
1tbsp Tahina
1tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1/2tsp Oregano dried
1/4tsp Parsley dried
Method:
For Cups:
1.Sprinkle the yeast on warm water and sugar and keep aside for a while.
2.Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
3.Now pour the yeast mixture to this and knead well.
4.Add olive oil in between kneading the dough.
5.Knead the dough well and keep aside to rise for 1 to 2 hrs.
Prepare The Filling:
1.Heat olive oil in a pan and add cut chicken pieces.
2.Now add the tikka masala and soya sauce.
3.Cook well and dry the masala.
4.Cook the sweet corn.
Prepare the sauce:
1.In a bowl mix yoghurt,mayyonaise,tahina and tomato ketchup.
2.Mix well and add oregano and parsley.
Baking the Cups:
1.Grease the cupcake trays.
2.Now take small lemon sized balls from the prepared dough.
3.Roll it into small round and keep it into the cupcake mould.
4.Do this with rest of the dough.
5.Now spread 1/2tsp prepared sauce inside this.
6.Now put some chicken filling.
7.Now put chopped onions,chopped capsicum,cooked sweet corn and grated carrot.
8.Now spread 1/2tsp sauce on top of this and put some mozzarella cheese over this.
9.Prepare all the cups in this way.
10.Preheat the oven at 200 degree C for 10 mins.
11.Keep the prepared trays into the oven and bake at 175 degree C for 15 to 20 mins or till done.
12.Enjoy the pizza cups!!!
