8.Now line up 2 rectangle or any shaped pans and pour equally to the prepared pans.
9.Slightly spread evenly.
10.Preheat the oven at 200 degree C for 10 mins.
11.Now bake the cakes at 165 degree c for 10 to 12 mins.
12 When touched in the middle of the cake it will springs back. This is the correct texture of the cake.
13.Now invert the cakes to a wire rack and allow it to cool.

Method Of Round cake:

Method For dome Cake:

1.For this cake also same method done for the round shaped cakes.
2.Grease a dome shaped cake tin pour the batter into the tin.
3.Bake at same degree for the round cakes.
4.After baking allow it to cool on wirw rack and put all the cake in the fridge before icing for 30 to 45 mins to control the crumbs while cuting the layers.

Method Of making Icing:

1.For the layers whip the dreamwhip powder with milk and vanilla essence.
2.Add the cream cheese and keep on whipping till peaks appears.

Butter Icing:

1.In a bowl put the softened butter and icing sugar and beat till soft.
2.Add the vanilla essence and cream cheese and beat well.
3.Add the required colouring and beat till you get the spreading consistency or if you needed can add more icing sugar.
4.Add if u feel the icing is more stiff u can add a little amount of milk to make it spreading consistency.

Assembling the cake:

1.After refrigerating the cakes take out the sponge cake and spread a good amount of dreamwhip icing on one side of the cake and sandwich with other cake.
2.Now spread the dreamwhip icing on the top and side of the sponge cake.
3.Now keep this in the fridge for 20 mins.
4.Now cut out the domes of the round cakes and level it.
5.Cut those cakes into two portions.
6.Cut the centre of each portion with a cookie cutter or a small glass mouth.
7.Now keep one piece over the sponge cake we did icing and spread the dreamwhip icing on top of the round cake and arrange the cake on top of the other till all the four layers done.
8.Now just take the half portion of the dome cake.
9.Cut the centre of the dome also.
10.Place the cake over the layer of icing placing the dome shaped up.
11.Now do the butter icing all over the cake smoothly.
12.After the icing done keep it in the fridge for 1 hr.
13.After one hr take out the cake and insert a barbie doll wrapped in plastic throught the cut hole in the cake.
14.Now fill a decorating bag with small star nozzle and pipe stars on top of the doll like it covers all the top portion of the doll like dress.
15.Now with big star nozzles can give big stars on the lower portions and decorate as your wish.
16.Keep refrigerated for couple of hrs or over night.
17.This will bring a huge smile on our kids face.
18.Slice and enjoy the party.............
