Famous Indian sweet……..this is really famous in south India…….we get both types hard ones and soft ones…….I like the soft ones so I made that way…..this was really tasty and easy to make too.What to do I can’t just stop munching sweets.I can’t imagine a world without sweets crazy isn’t it.Now we’ll have tasty mysore pak……
Ingredients:
1c Besan flour
1½c Ghee
1 to 2c Sugar(I used only 1c)
1c Water
1c Besan flour

Method:
1.Heat a heavy bottomed vessel.Pour water and sugar and bring to boil.
2.Boil the sugar and water till the sugar reaches one string consistency.To check the consistency just take a drop in between the fingers and check.There will be one string appears as the syrup thickens.
3.Sieve the besan flour to avoid lumps.
4.Add the besan flour and ghee together to the syrup and keep on stirring to avoid lumps.
5.Stir well till it leaves the sides of the pan.
6.To see whether it is done take a small piece and roll it if it is easy to roll it is done.
7.Pour this to a thali and keep for cooling.
8.When it is cooled and still little warm cut into diamonds,squares or rectangles.
9.Have the tasty mysore paks!!!!!!!!!
