Chocolate and vanilla cup cakes with chocolate chips

Cupcakes are kids fav.When they go for afternoon nap they ask me what will be there for tea in the evening or they will give some order to make.Mostly cupcakes will be there in their menu……….So one need plain cupcake one need chocolate flavour so I did both with one batter itself…………….


















Ingredients:

2 cups Plain flour
11/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tsps baking powder
2 Large Eggs room temp
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup butter room temp
1 tsp vanilla essence


Method:

1.Sieve flour and baking powder well for two three times.
2.Beat powdered sugar and butter with a beater.Make it a smooth cream.
3.Then add egg one by one beat well after each addition and add vanilla essence and mix.
4.Now add flour to the wet mixture slowly and fold in with a wooden spoon.
5.If the mixture is hard add milk and make the mixture loose.The mixture should not so thick or so pourable.



















6.Preheat the oven at 200 degree c for 15 mins.
7.Now line the muffin tray or disposable aluminium cup with cup cake paper liners.
8.Fill ¾ of th e cups with the mixture.If u want u can add some chocolate chips or nuts on top of the mixture.
9.Bake at 165 degree c for 20 to 25 mins or till done.I do the baking in the middle rack of the oven.
